Justice For JonBenét! Ramsey Ransom Note Secrets Revealed
A new docuseries has uncovered evidence that one of JonBenét Ramsey's parents could be connected to a ransom note left behind after the murder of their 6-year-old pageant princess daughter nearly two decades ago.
Handwriting expert Cina Wong studied the ransom note left behind at the crime scene and noticed that while the writing was at first "slow" and "awkward," it eventually became "fluid" and "written more naturally."
"It tells me that what we're dealing with is a disguised writing," notes Wong in the Investigation Discovery series JonBenét: An American Murder Mystery.
Wong then compared the handwriting with that of Ramsey's father and her mother — finding that she could rule out one as the composer of the note, but the other parent's writing was strikingly similar.
To learn who Wong fingered as the suspected writer of the ransom note and more shocking details in the case, tune into JonBenét: An American Murder Mystery, as parts two and three air tonight and tomorrow at 10/9c on Investigation Discovery.
