I Quit! Paula Patton's Boyfriend Zachary Quittman Is Slapped With Divorce Papers
Paula Patton's boyfriend Zachary Quittman's wife has slapped him with divorce papers.
As The Blast first reported, Mia Quittman filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court on Wednesday, April 2.
The move follows hot on the heels of Patton, who was previously married to Robin Thicke, getting slammed for publicly dating a married man.
While handsome real estate agent Zach, 30, told RadarOnline.com his marriage was already "finished" when he started seeing Patton, 42, estranged wife Mia told Life & Style that the couple was not separated, and he still kept his things at their home.
Now, RadarOnline.com has obtained the divorce documents in which Mia states that they were married for ten years and seven months, and separated on March 10, 2018.
She cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakup and is requesting physical and legal custody of their two young sons, with Zach getting visitation. Mia also wants spousal support.
"The nature and extent of community property assets and obligations of the parties is currently undetermined," the legal docs note.
While promoting her new movie Traffik, Patton, who divorced Thicke in March 2015, raised eyebrows by walking the red carpet with him on April 19 and gushing about her still-married boyfriend.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Patton's ex Thicke, 41, was fuming about the situation, a source said.
"Robin is sniping and rolling his eyes over it," the insider told RadarOnline.com. “It’s almost like he can’t bear seeing her move on and be happy even though he has a kid with his girlfriend April Love Geary."

According to the source, Patton is desperate to keep things cordial for the sake of their son Julian. However, Robin is allegedly being "tragically predictable" about the whole thing.
Still, Patton is thrilled to have a boyfriend, raving on Live With Kelly and Ryan about Zach, "He is an amazing human and he just makes me so happy. I’m in love. He’s the first boyfriend I have had since I got divorced."
Patton got bad press when it was discovered that Zach still had a wife!
But the real estate agent insisted to RadarOnline.com exclusively in a recent interview about Mia, "technically we are still married. But I’m separated, and have been for a while now."
Zach is reportedly living with Patton in Los Angeles and said, "My marriage was completely finished before I moved on. That’s the truth" -- while Mia had begged to differ in an L & S interview.
But now, Mia has made it official and filed for divorce.
