O.J. Simpson Could Trade Prison For Reality TV

O.J. Simpson could be stepping straight into the spotlight if he walks free this year!

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the 69-year-old is reportedly set to be released from prison in October, exactly nine years into his 33-year sentence.

The former football legend — who was acquitted in 1995 of the brutal stabbing murders of his ex-wife Nicole Brown and her friend Ron Goldman — was convicted in 2008 for armed robbery and other charges. Simpson was sentenced to 33 years imprisonment, with a minimum of nine years without parole at the Lovelock Correctional Center in Lovelock, Nevada.

Now, according to reports, TV networks are fighting over Simpson in a bid for America's juiciest possible show. Some even hope to land a documentary or interview upon the former athlete's release.

According to experts, a parole board will vote to release the Simpson at the earliest possible date of October 3.

An ex-business partner of Simpson’s who has visited him behind bars said, "He’s convinced he’ll be coming out this fall and is counting down the days to his hearing like a kid waiting for Christmas," the Express reported.
