No Computer Or Passport: NXIVM Sex Cult Recruiter Allison Mack's Strict House Arrest Revealed

Last week Allison Mack was sentenced to house arrest while she faces sex trafficking charges for her alleged ties to the NXIVM sex cult. Now, has obtained the explosive documents detailing the strict conditions the Smallville star must abide by. previously reported that Mack will reside at her parents' California home with her parents, Melinda and John Mack. The former television star's mother co-signed a $5 million dollar bond Tuesday, April 24 in court.

According to the conditions of release, Mack is not only confined to a house with a monitoring GPS device, but she also had to forfeit her passport so she would not flee the country.

"The defendant must surrender all passports to Pretrial Services and not obtain other passports or international travel documents," the papers state.


Additionally, the documents state Mack is subject to "any required testing, evaluation, treatment and/or location monitoring" to be paid for "with personal funds."

Mack is also subject to "random visits" by an officer, who will also monitor her Internet usage. The shocking documents state that Mack is permitted to use "only one cellular telephone."

However, that telephone can only be used to "make and receive calls to and from phone numbers agreed to by counsel for the defendant and the government."

Mack is also unable to use a computer "or access the Internet through any means," with the exception of a "single Internet-capable device, approved and monitored by PTS."

As readers know, Raniere was arrested in March. Prosecutors say the two allegedly kept women as "slaves." Both have pleaded not guilty.

Mack and Raniere are expected in court May 3.
