Mohammad Hadid has got his famous daughters and ex-wife embroiled in a messy lawsuit.
Yolanda Foster, 54, and her model daughters Bella Hadid, 21, and Gigi Hadid, 22, could have to give evidence as Mohammad fights a former employee over $600,000.
Former employee, Juan Carlos Gonzalez, plans to call Gigi, Bella and Mohamed's ex-wife and "Real Housewives" star Foster as witnesses in the case.
The Blast website reports Gonzalez sued the model's 68-year old father accusing him of a scheme hiding hundreds of thousands to avoid paying up on a judgment he won.
He originally sued Mohamed for unpaid wages related to his work as a driver and security.
Gonzalez won a judgment for $576,267.34 against his former boss but has been unable to collect the money.
In a twist he accused Mohamed of trying to hide the money through 10 fraudulent wire transfers, so, he did not need to pay – Hadid denies these allegations.
Mohamed responded to Gonzalez's witness list, calling it nothing more "than a harassment of third-party witnesses aimed at further damaging Defendant Hadid's personal and professional life and relationships with those witnesses."
The case is ongoing.
