Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth definitely need some Couples Therapy, says the show's host!

Psychotherapist Dr. Jenn Berman, who counsels couples such as Courtney Stodden and Doug Hutchison as well as Nik Richie and Shayne Lamas, weighs in on Miley and Liam’s tumultuous engagement to OK! – and RadarOnline.com has the details.

“It tends to be a bad sign,” she admits about Miley and Liam’s on-again-off-again reputation.

“Statistically if you get married between 20 and 24 the odds are 60 percent that you are going to get divorced.”

That, combined with their history, leads her to believe that heading to the altar is not in their best interest.

“If things are this rocky now when you are in this honeymoon period, I would say hold off on this wedding.”
