The Argentine press is claiming that the couple is preparing to welcome a new baby together.
And they have told relatives they want to move on from son Noah's cancer battle with a new addition to their family.
Luisana, 30, is reportedly two and a half months pregnant as she and Michael, 42, prepare to make an official announcement soon.
They are currently in Argentina along with sons Noah, 4, and Elias, 2, to promote the film where she stars as a police officer investigating human trafficking.
The pair are yet to make an official confirmation although her actor's brother, Dario, laughed and stumbled over his words when he was asked about the arrival of another niece or nephew during a recent TV interview.
Masking some nervous laughter he said: "I wouldn't be able to tell you... I swear the truth is I couldn't tell because I don't, I don't, I don't."
