Melanie Griffith Admits: Surgery Ruined My Face!

Melanie Griffith's face turned into a freakish distortion of her former glory thanks to surgery, and she says she had no idea!
Nearly 20 years after her first trip under the knife, Griffith, 59, tells all about her numerous cosmetic surgeries in the latest issue of Porter magazine.
I didn't realize until people started saying, 'Oh my god, what has she done?!' I was so hurt," she told the magazine. "I went to a different doctor, and he started dissolving all of this s--t that this other woman doctor had put in. Hopefully, I look more normal now."
Griffith also revealed some intimate details about her time in rehab. She first entered an alcoholic addiction treatment program in 1988. It was there that she rekindled her romance with former husband Don Johnson.
“Don was actually waiting for me when I got out of rehab,” she said. “We got back together; it was the most natural, perfect, loving thing.”
The two remarried in 1989, but just five years later, split again. This time for good.
“It just sort of wasn't working.” Griffith recalled. “I think it's hard when you are both in the public eye, unless one of you gives up work."
The actress would go on to marry actor Antonio Banderas in 1996, before filing for divorce in 2014.
“I think part of the reason my marriage to Antonio fell apart was because I was stuck; nobody else is to blame. It’s just that I personally got stuck and I won’t let that happen again. I want to enjoy life. I want to do whatever I want to do,” she says.
She may not be dating right now, but Griffith says she does have time to spend with some close friends, including Kris Jenner.
“She is so much fun, so smart, so normal and so loving," Griffith said of her new bestie. "She is unbelievable, like when I had my back operation, she was there bringing me chopped salad. We just went to Aspen together last week."
Jenner feels just the same about Griffith, telling Porter, "We've both been divorced a couple of times, we've had a few kids and we've had situations in common — life-changing ones. Like me, she looks at life with the glass half full. I'll be having a s----y day, the lowest of lows, and she'll come over, sit on my bed and be right there with me. She's got a heart of gold."
