It's Like 'Jet Lag!' Meghan Markle Talks Pregnancy Troubles During Australia Tour

Meghan Markle couldn't be happier to be welcoming her first child with Prince Harry, but as RadarOnline.com has learned, it hasn't all been easy for the pregnant Duchess.

During the pair's fourth day in Australia, Meghan, 37, and Harry, 34, visited Bondi Beach, where the former actress met another pregnant local. After chatting for some time, Meghan opened up to her fellow mother-to-be about the challenges she's faced now that she's 12 weeks along.

"Meghan told me that pregnancy was like having jet lag," Charlotte Connell, 35, told Sky News. "She said she was up at 4:30 a.m. this morning doing yoga in her room as she couldn't sleep."

RadarOnline.com readers know Meghan began practicing it when she was just seven years old, thanks to her mother, Doria Ragland, who is a yoga instructor. And while an early morning session may not be the most fun thing to deal with during pregnancy, Meghan hasn't experienced the extreme morning sickness her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, did during her three pregnancies. According to various reports, Meghan is feeling great, and has happily continued with her royal duties.
