“It is ordered that the Petitioner and Respondent are divorced,” the court papers read.

Bally received certain property, money, vehicles and more as her sole and separate property, while Thompson is to give to her his interest in such property. He is required to sign the documents needed to transfer any personal property.

Bally is to do the same with Thompson’s property, money, vehicles and more in his name, including his 2015 BMW.

She is expected to pay all taxes, bills, liens and other charges, present and future, that are in her name alone, while he is to do the same with those in his name.

Bally’s maiden name has been restored.

Bally filed for divorce from Thompson on September 4, 2018.

“The marriage has become insupportable due to discord or conflict of personalities that destroys the legitimate ends of the marital relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation,” the petition for divorce read.

Their relationship was troubled from the start, as a warrant was issued for Bally’s arrest for three counts of stalking and one count of unauthorized use of an access card on February 6, 2018.

Bally was arrested on March 28, 2018 at the airport in July while on her way to her honeymoon with Thompson.

When she was released, she claimed her identity was stolen and police arrested the wrong person. She then admitted to lying about the arrest.

Although Thompson considered leaving his wife, he stood by Bally. Their relationship continued to have issues when he caught her on a dating app.

“I don’t trust you,” he told Bally on an episode. “There’s a cloud that’s hovering around that’s stopping me from falling in love with you.”

The couple considered divorce before ultimately deciding to stay married on the season finale.

But their marriage fell apart when cameras stopped rolling.
