Bye Bye Bling! Mariah Carey Sells James Packer's $10 Million Engagement Ring

Mariah Carey has off loaded some serious bling, according to reports.

The 48-year-old singer has reportedly sold the $10 million engagement ring from former fiance James Packer for just $2.1 million.

It is being reported that one of her managers sold the ring privately.

A source revealed to the New York Post: "Mariah has been very vocal recently about her choice to move forward in her life surrounded by positivity.

"That requires leaving emotional and material baggage behind, including an old engagement ring from an ex-boyfriend."

Carey's camp have shot down rumors that she is selling the ring because she has money issues.

The couple got engaged in January 2016 after they dated for a year but the relationship unraveled amid claims she was spending too much money.

But not after Packer, 50, had presented her with the amazing 35-carat-diamond ring.
