By the final week of Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars, Mama June Shannon has learned her longtime love, Mike "Sugar Bear" Thompson, cheated with multiple women and men throughout their ten-year relationship.

And now, in RadarOnline.com's exclusive preview clip from the WE tv show's season finale, the mother of retired pageant queen Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson, 10, must decide if she will stay in the common-law marriage, or say goodbye forever.

"I'm very proud that he's been honest. I'm very proud he's come clean," she confides in counselor Elizabeth Carroll.

But the relationship expert asks the former Here Comes Honey Boo Boo matriarch, 36, to consider the negative aspects of remaining in the romance— especially his newly diagnosed addiction to sex.

"Sugar Bear has an addiction," Carroll explains. "Addiction doesn't ever go away, it just becomes manageable. Can you live with an addict?"

"Do you understand that it's more serious than just cheating and mistrust? It's a rocky ride."

As Radar readers know, the marriage didn't survive the emotionally exhausting boot camp sessions.

"There was no saving that relationship after everything they had been through," a source told Radar in January. "They're not together anymore."

In addition to 43-year-old Thompson's incessant cheating, Shannon was infamously caught canoodling with an ex-boyfriend who served ten years in prison for molesting her oldest daughter, Anna Shannon Cardwell, as a young girl.

The family's TLC reality show was canceled in the scandal's aftermath.
