‘Teen Mom’ Pay Day! Maci Bookout Buys Stunning $625K Tennessee Home

Maci Bookout’s Teen Mom OG paycheck bought her a beautiful home! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Ryan Edwards’ baby mama purchased a new Tennessee home.

According to Hamilton County Assessor of Property, Bookout purchased a 3,630 square foot home for $625,000 on September 14, 2018.

The home, which was built in 2007, features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The house includes cathedral ceilings, two stories of windows, a fireplace, granite counters, granite buffet, in-ground pool and more!

According to Trulia, the home was listed for $659,900 on July 20, 2018. Bookout and her husband Taylor McKinney got a good deal on the abode, as they bought it for $625,000.

Bookout accepted an offer on her previous Tennessee home, which was featured on Teen Mom OG. She put the home on the market for $370,000 on July 25, 2018. 

The couple bought the home, which features five bedrooms and three bathrooms, on July 22, 2016 for $329,990.

Bookout and McKinney are parents to Jayde, 3, and Maverick, 2. Bookout is also mother to son Bentley, 9, from a previous relationship with Ryan Edwards.

Although Bookout had enough to drop on a home, RadarOnline.com previously reported she was in tax trouble.

The Sacramento County Court Recorder’s Office in California hit Bookout with a $12,569.5 lien on August 30, 2017 for the 2012 and 2014 years.

The clerk confirmed in September 2018 that the office has yet to receive a release on the lien and that it remains active.
