The chilling 911 call from Luke Perry's fatal health crisis on February 28 has been obtained by RadarOnline.com.
In the disturbing audio, a terrified female caller begs officials to rush to the actor's aid as he suffers a massive stroke inside his Los Angeles home.
Though she managed to keep her cool throughout the phone call, she told emergency responders to "hurry up and get here" before it was too late.
The 911 operator asked the woman a series of questions, including whether Perry, 52, had injured himself or suffered a fall. The dispatcher also asked if the star was breathing normally.
The operator then assured the woman that a medical team would arrive soon, and told her to notify them if Perry's situation worsened.
The beloved actor was taken to a nearby hospital where he was sedated in order for his brain to recover. Sources said he may have suffered a second stroke while in the emergency room.
After several days in the hospital, Perry's health continued to decline, and aided by doctors, his family members decided to take him off life support. He was pronounced dead on March 4.
