Good News For Luann De Lesseps! ‘RHONY’ Star’s Court Hearing Cancelled
A court hearing for The Real Housewives of New York star Luann De Lesseps that was scheduled for today was cancelled, RadarOnline.com has learned.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, De Lesseps, 52, was arrested after a boozy run-in with Palm Beach Police on Dec. 24, where she allegedly assaulted a police officer.
On Jan. 24, the Bravo reality star was charged with one felony, resisting and officer with violence, and two misdemeanors, trespassing in an occupied structure or conveyance and disorderly intoxication.
De Lesseps’ attorney Douglas Duncan spoke exclusively to RadarOnline.com and confirmed the cancellation.
“Yes, it was cancelled. It was just a status hearing for the state to file charges and the state filed charges,” Duncan explained.
The Palm Beach attorney added that De Lesseps will be scheduled another hearing within the next month but no date has officially been set yet.
“It will be set for a case disposition hearing in about 30 days,” Duncan explained.

“It’s good to be home. I’m doing great,” said the star. “Spending time with friends and family. Thanking everyone for your continued good wishes and support.”
