"Stop resisting," the police officer yells.

"I'm gonna get you, big time," fired back an angry de Lesseps. "I've done nothing wrong and you are handcuffing me."

The reality star's friends are then heard trying to calm her down, telling her to "relax, chill out." The drunk Countess, however, keeps resisting and insulting the cop as he buckles her.

"Don't touch me!" she yells at the end of the video. "I'm gonna kill you! I will kill you!"

After her wild arrest, de Lesseps went to rehab for her alcohol addiction, and told fans she was extremely "embarrassed" about how she acted. She claimed her breakup from Tom D'Agostino had a lot to do with her out-of-control drinking, but added that she'd now be living a sober and more fulfilling life. The star even hosted a Cabaret night with her reality pals following the scandal, and was pictured looking happy and gorgeous in recent outings.

De Lesseps turned down the plea deal in her case and has a court date set for next month. If found guilty, the star could face jail time for her assault.
