Little Women: LA star Briana Renee said she is still in fear of her disgraced ex, Matt Grundhoffer, and claimed he carries a gun and has aimed it at himself, according to documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.
In a supplemental declaration filed on July 27, 2018 Briana Renee said Grundhoffer “pretends to aim and look down the barrel of the gun and state, ‘I am not afraid of anyone.’”
The Little Women star and her ex were scheduled to appear at Riverside County Superior Court on Wednesday, Aug. 1, 2018 for a hearing on a permanent restringing order she filed against him. According to court records, both are scheduled to return to court for a mandatory settlement conference regarding their divorce.
Briana Renee filed the restraining order against Grundhoffer in December 2017, alleging he had verbally and physically abused her during his drinking binges. She also claimed Grundhoffer sent sexts to women and a minor family member about bestiality.
A judge granted Briana Renee a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband.
The former couple split in November 2017 after three years of marriage. They have a son, Maverick.
In her July 27, 2018 supplemental declaration, Briana Renee said Grundhoffer has a history of violent tendencies, including allegedly punching walls and breaking doors. She claims on August 2017, Grundhoffer threatened to harm her.
“In August 2017, Respondent (Grundhoffer) threatened to break down our bedroom door while I had it locked in fear of him,” Briana Renee said in the declaration. “He stated, ‘I am going to break down this f*cking door!’”
Briana Renee also claimed Grundhoffer has threatened to kill himself on two separate occasions in April 2017.
Grundhoffer is facing serious allegations in a separate case for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor patient when he worked as a counselor in 2009 at the Child Study and Treatment Center in the state of Washington.
The alleged victim filed a suit on June 4, 2018 against the State of Washington, the Department of Social and Health Services, and Child Study and Treatment Center. Grundhoffer, however, is not listed as a defendant in the civil suit.
