Matt Roloff just bought a huge piece of land not too far from the family farm — and the big purchase has fans guessing the property will be the Little People, Big World patriarch's new love nest with girlfriend Caryn Chandler!
According to court records obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Matt, 57, bought the Hillsboro, Oregon property on November 6 for a whopping $345,000.
The reality TV dad took to his Instagram account to reveal the news.
"I purchased a one-acre property with three different homes," Matt explained. "I guess you can call it tear-down homes...What we are doing now is a pretty significant clean up."
"I'm probably going to tear these homes down and build a new home on a one-acre lot here not far from the farm."
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Matt and Caryn discussed openly having a place of their own that could meet the needs of a little person.
Following his divorce from wife Amy, Matt was not very happy with the house he moved into on the farm.
Now, the new property is only an eight minute drive from the family farm.
While Matt is listed as the sole owner of the property, it seems it will be built big enough for a whole family to share.
However, this could also end up being another house Matt flips.
Back in July, the reality star had finished completing a $500k home located in Portland for him and Caryn. But when an offer was made, he couldn't refuse.
"About a month or so ago, I promised you all a complete tour of the house I fixed up," Matt wrote on Instagram. "At the time, I wasn't sure if I was going to move into it or sell it. I actually did a bunch of the work thinking it would be my home one day — then plans changed. Someone offered me a deal I couldn't refuse, so within an hour or so, I sold it."
Then in the spring, Matt purchased an Arizona getaway home from Caryn's parents.
Could this be Matt and Caryn's new permanent home? Sound off in the comments below!
