After months of grappling with the decision to keep or sell the home, Matt Roloff has officially offloaded his Portland, Oregon property for $515,000, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report. As RadarOnline.com previously revealed, the Little People, Big World patriarch, 54, purchased the house last April in hopes he and his girlfriend, Caryn Chandler, would have a love nest of their own to escape his famous family. But on Wednesday, Matt revealed he was made an offer he just couldn't refuse. Where does this leave Matt? Click through the gallery to find out!

Matt bought the home for $368,550 last year in a prime location only 15 minutes away from the family farm.
On May 30, Matt sold the three bedroom, three bathroom home for a whopping $515,000, RadarOnline.com can report.
That would leave the Little People star with a more than $100,000 profit! It's no wonder he gave up the property.
On Tuesday's episode of LPBW, Matt expressed intentions to buy the home for himself in order to escape his ex-wife's "attitude."
"Let’s say it hits the fan at the farm, and I just can’t deal with it anymore. I can’t deal with Amy’s attitude. If it gets any worst, I just feel like this is just like an escape," Matt told the cameras. "It’s possible that I could move in here. There’s part of me that wants to keep the farm and build a house that suits me, but part of me just wants to sell the farm and liquidate it and move on. It’s a burden.”
But it seems Matt has had a change of heart, and on Wednesday revealed he just couldn't pass up a great offer!
"About a month or so ago I promised you all I would share a complete tour of the house I fixed up.. at the time I wasn’t sure if I was going to move into it or sell it... I actually did a bunch of the work thinking it would be my home one day... then plans change.. someone offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so within an hour or so I sold it," Matt wrote. "Now I’m all motivated to become a Little Flipper man. :)) Nah!!! I want to retire."
And retire he shall! Matt revealed just a few weeks back that was in the process of buying a home in Arizona so that he could enjoy his days in the sun with girlfriend Caryn.
