Lisa Vanderpump has filed a temporary restraining order against a man who allegedly harassed her at her restaurant this weekend, has learned.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star took action against a man named Kendrick Rustad, who was at Pump for a party, but allegedly threatened Vanderpump, 57, and has obtained the court documents.

According to a Daily Mail report, Vanderpump had been meeting customers at the West Hollywood bar and eatery she owns with husband Ken Todd when Rustad allegedly confronted her.

And court docs obtained by show that Vanderpump alleged that Rustad was celebrating a birthday at Pump on Saturday, July 21 when he "appeared to be under the influence of illegal substances" and was "yelling" and "screaming."

Cops arrived and allegedly had to pepper-spray him to calm him down.

Rustad was reportedly arrested and booked on a misdemeanor charge, before being released on $250 bail.

Vanderpump said in legal papers, "We want to ensure he does not reenter our restaurant lounge establishments.

"He was very aggressive and upset our lives greatly," she added about herself and husband Todd.

Los Angeles Superior court docs Vanderpump filed on Wednesday, July 25, also say the cops arrested him and when they took him into custody, she claims he tried to "kick out the window of the patrol car."

The reality TV star claims she does not know Rustad.

Now Rustad must keep 100 yards away from Vanderpump and her husband. He’s also barred from going to Pump, Vanderpump’s other two restaurants Villa Blanca and Sur, new bar TomTom, and her Dog Foundation.

The Mail reported that Vanderpump and Todd plan to return to court on Friday to extend the restraining order against Rustad, according to a source.

Vanderpump has suffered hard times recently as her DJ brother Mark was found dead in England.

Mark's May death was a suspected drug overdose. He was just 59 years old.
