Lisa Marie Presley Will Take The Stand In Bitter Divorce Trial
Lisa Marie Presley will take the stand against her husband in their bitter divorce battle RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Elvis’ daughter is fighting Michael Lockwood over her significant fortune as the couple prepare for an August trial to end their fractured marriage.
According to the court documents that reveal the witnesses scheduled to testify during the trial exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Presley and Michael Lockwood both will take the stand.

Presley “will testify concerning matters related to the post nuptial agreement including, but not limited to, discussions regarding a prenuptial agreement, and discussions regarding execution of the post nuptial agreement, interactions with respondent, and the execution of the post nuptial agreement,” the documents obtained by RadarOnline.com state.
“The direct examination of Petitioner Presley is it is estimated to last at least 90 minutes.”
The court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com also reveal what Lockwood will testify to. “Matters related to the postnuptial agreement including, but not limited to, discussions regarding a prenuptial agreement, and discussions regarding execution of the postnuptial agreement, interactions with the Petitioner, interactions with his attorney, and the execution of the postnuptial agreement.”
Lockwood’s testimony was “anticipated to last at least two hours.”

Presley’s attorney Jane Saltsman, who represented her regarding the postnuptial agreement the documents state, is also scheduled to testify for “60 to 90 minutes.”
The King’s daughter and her estranged husband are at war over her vast wealth, which he claims she is hiding and she claims is drastically less than he knows because of bad business practices.
The trial is scheduled to begin on August 13, 2018.
