Lady Gaga claimed she heard Dr. Luke raped Katy Perry as part of her deposition in friend Kesha’s sexual assault lawsuit against the famous music producer, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
In a shocking release of secret celebrity depositions taken as part of the lawsuit, Gaga, otherwise known as Stefani Germanotta, claimed she started texting fellow singer Kesha after hearing about the complaint she filed in 2014.
"I saw information about Kesha that was related to her having difficulty getting away from a record producer that had allegedly raped her,” Germanotta, 32, said.
She said that while with Kesha, Interscope Chief John Janick told her he heard that Dr. Luke had raped Perry.
“He said something like I heard he raped Katy, too,” she told the court.
“He said he had heard a rumor.”
Perry, who fought to keep her own deposition sealed, has publicly denied Dr. Luke ever raped her.
Earlier today, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Perry’s deposition would be unsealed, though part would remain redacted.
Kesha first accused Dr. Luke of raping her in the shocking 2014 lawsuit.
The producer has denied any wrongdoing.
