Bradley began the song on a microphone at the end of the piano but for the last notes he sat next to Lady Gaga and sang the loving lyrics to her. They smiled at each other after the song ended and held their heads close to each other as the audience went wild for them at the Academy Awards on Feb. 24, 2019.
And their intense chemistry was felt through the television.
“Someone look at me the way Bradley Cooper looks at Gaga at the end of this song,” one fan on Twitter wrote.
Bradley’s fiancée and baby mama supermodel Irina Shayk was in the audience while the pair performed their love song on stage and commenters wrote about her too.
“I feel so bad for Bradley's girlfriend him and gaga look like they about to kiss 24/7,” another fan wrote.
Lady Gaga and Bradley’s attraction was undeniable.
“Thought they were gonna kiss what the hell I was sat here thinking about Bradley’s girlfriend,” a different fan wrote.
Shallow won the Oscar for Best Original Song and Lady Gaga hugged Bradley before gushing over him in her acceptance speech.
“I love you mom and dad,” she tearfully said. “Bradley there is not a single person on the planet that could have sang this song with me but you. Thank you for believing in us, thank you so much.”
