Judge Gives Green Light To Lawsuit Against Kyle Richards' Husband Mauricio

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards' husband Mauricio Umansky is in a heap of legal trouble, according to The Blast.
Wealthy real estate agent Umansky suffered a setback in court after he tried to end a legal fight over the sale of a $32 million Malibu mansion.
The judge decided the case could go forward.
As The Blast previously reported, Umansky is being accused of screwing over a client by selling their Malibu mansion to himself secretly and then reselling the home a year later at a profit of $37 million.
Umansky's insurance company, Western World, reportedly sued him, asking the court to let them off the hook for legal bills relating to the dispute between the realtor and the seller of the ritzy property.
However, Richards' husband counter-sued the insurance company, The Blast noted, demanding Western World's lawsuit against him not go forward until the issue with the seller was resolved.
But instead, the judge allowed the suit to go forward –and also denied Umansky's attempt to have certain allegations against him removed from the complaint after he had argued the claims were scandalous and not necessary.
According to the judge, the claims against Umansky in the suit were simply about alleged "unprofessional behavior."
As RadarOnline.com has reported, Umansky has gotten in hot water in the past for allegations that he cheated on Richards, 49.
But he's insisted, "I am faithful."
The RHOBH-starring couple is known for a lavish lifestyle.
Last year, their Encino, Calif., home was burglarized and thieves took jewelry worth up to $1 million dollars.
