This Sunday aired the most joyful and possibly the most heartbreaking episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians EVER.
After staying quiet for nine whole months, Kylie Jenner gave birth to baby Stormi Webster — but the joy came just as Khloe Kardashian was forced to mourn the death of the family's beloved dog, Gabbana.
The "best kept secret of our generation," was finally revealed when Kylie, 20, went into labor.
"Like, I'm not trying to keep a secret, I'm doing this for myself," the Lip Kit mogul told big sister Kim Kardashian, who fully supported her as she laid low during her pregnancy.
"Kylie's always wanted to be a mom so this is really exciting for her," Kim, 37, said. "She just didn't want anyone changing her happy moment her happy pregnancy, so I'm really proud of her that she stuck to her guns and was able to tell her story her way."
In another scene, Kourtney Kardashian is seen breaking the news to Kim that Kylie is in labor — a happy announcement which almost turned into an argument.
"If she really wanted you there then she would have invited you there," Kourtney, 39, told Kim, who insisted she didn't know her youngest sister was in labor.
After Kylie gave birth, Kim took a dig at estranged step-parent, Caitlyn Jenner.
"Can you believe Kylie got out of the hospital with not one report? And now Caitlyn can never say we have big mouths and we leak everything," Kim snapped.
The star's dig at Caitlyn, 68, came after the trans star told reporters that she kept her true identity hidden from her Kardashian family because she was afraid they would leak the news!
Despite the low-key drama, Kylie's baby daughter was warmly welcomed into the family, with footage from Kylie and baby daddy Travis Scott's YouTube video showing the big moments of her pregnancy.
Following the birth, the family gathered together to share in the memories.
"How did she do for her labor?" Kourtney asked her mom, since she and Khloe Kardashian were the only ones present.
"She did really, really well," Kris gushed. "She just kept saying, 'I just don't feel any pain' and you'd see these contractions like crazy and she would go, 'I'm just not feeling it' and I'm like, 'This is really weird.'"
"She was such a trooper. She was so calm," said the proud momager.
Kris even admitted she played a much bigger part in her granddaughter's birth than anyone thought. "I delivered the baby!" she told her other daughters. "I delivered the baby. I pulled her out."
"Ew," said Kim.
Days later, Kylie brought Stormi to dinner with the whole family.
"OK so now that it's like all said and done, what's your real take on pregnancy?" Kim asked the new mom.
"I like it. I miss it," Kylie confessed. "I had like the easiest pregnancy ever. You never feel alone and like I was really sad to not be pregnant anymore."
Kylie told Khloe, 34, that she was "just so excited," for her baby with Tristan Thompsone. "I can't wait."
Kris couldn't contain her joy amid her daughters' back-to-back pregnancies.
"I'd like to raise a glass and make a toast to Khloe," she said. "Another little Kardashian that you're bringing into the world. Next they'll be nine!"
"Anyone else pregnant?" Kylie joked and Kim shocked the room, saying: "Nope, but…Just kidding."
Next came the tragic loss of the family's beloved pup, Gabbana. The stars mourned the dog's death on the show by showing throwback footage of Kylie and Kendall Jenner taking care of the young pup, as well as of his last moments.
"It's so crazy to me that a dog can touch your life the way Gabbana's touched my life," an emotional Khloe said about the dog that lived with her since Kris and Caitlyn split up. "I could always hear her in my home and now I hear silence."
Khloe even gave Kendall, 22, a necklace with Gabbana's paw print as a charm.
"The bond we all had was so strong and beautiful, it's just crazy that she was gone," Khloe said, but later found comfort in the fact that she was having her new baby soon.
"Today was the first day I felt like I could take her bed out of my room," Khloe explained. "I'm grateful she left me at a time when she knew I wouldn't be alone."
