Kim Kardashian's worst nightmare never came true.

The latest episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians focused on the birth of Kim, 37, and Kanye West's daughter, Chicago, via surrogate. On the show, the KKW Beauty mogul admitted she was afraid of not bonding with her new baby.

"I think when you have a surrogate, you don't feel the everyday pains and it just kind of creeps up on you," Kim said. "It's crazy how fast it comes."

While with Kim, the surrogate began to feel labor pains, which prompted the star and BFF Jonathan Cheban to rush her to the hospital. There, trusty Dr. Crane assured them the birth was still a few days away.

Finally, on January 15, 2018, little Chi was born, with Kim soon realizing that surrogacy was the "best decision" she ever made.

"I think it was such an amazing experience," she told her mom, Kris Jenner, sister Khloe Kardashian and grandma MJ when they met the baby.

"I would recommend it for anyone. I'm the biggest fan of surrogacy. All my fears of everything I thought was going to happen — like, am I going to connect? — all of that goes out the door and you instantly feel connected."

But she had a tough decision coming up with a name for the baby.

"I started freaking. I have no baby names. Like, none," she admitted.

Khloe, 34, and Kourtney Kardashian tried to help, and but Kim only laughed at all the crazy suggestions people gave her.

"I got the most ridiculous things! Like, 'Queen,'" Kim said. "Kanye's cousin is like 'I know, Miracle!' I'm like, Miracle West? That sounds like Miracle Whip and that's the biggest stripper name of all-time!"

She said her husband suggested Precious. "I'm like…we clearly don't have the same kind of name in mind."

So they finally decided on Chicago.

"Everyone's going to be like…Oh my God, that's the craziest name!" she told her sister. "Then, they're going to go crazy. Then they'll get used to it and they'll be like…oh, that's normal."

Kim explained where it came from. "Kanye's originally from Chicago, and the city is connected to the memory of his mom. So we went with Chicago!"

The next sister to give birth was Kylie Jenner, whose labor was teased for the upcoming episode.

Khloe's baby would be the third, but she spent the entire episode trying to decide who would be the guardian of her baby in case of a tragedy.

She went back and forth between sisters Kim and Kourtney, 39, and eventually asked her mom to weigh in.

"Kourtney has a certain set of values and she goes to church," Jenner, 62, said about her eldest daughter, but she also complimented Kim. "She's very hands-on with the home work … the grooming's impeccable."

Khloe ultimately picked Kim.

"From what I envision my parenting style to be, I envision it more like Kim, a little bit stricter," she said, and Kourtney wasn't happy.

"Once Khloe has her own daughter and she is really a mom she will realize we have more in common than she thinks as far as parenting styles," Kourtney quipped in her testimonial.
