She is finally coming to her senses and starting to see the situation for what it is. She knows that he cheated on her now as she was about to give birth to their daughter and there is nothing that Tristan can do or say now to change that.”

As fans know, the 27-year-old Cleveland Cavaliers basketball star has not publicly commented on the cheating scandal even though he was photographed going in and out of a New York City hotel on the weekend prior to Kardashian giving birth.

“It is almost like Tristan was trying to sabotage everything,” the insider told RadarOnline.com.

“Tristan told Khloe that he was set up and at first she believed him. But now, as time goes by and she is starting to snap back to herself again, she is telling her sisters that she wants out. It's just that he does not want to let her go.”

The only family member to publicly discuss the cheating scandal was Khloe’s sister Kim Kardashian, 37, who said during a taping of The Ellen DeGeneres Show that the whole situation was “f**ked up.”
