SCROOGE! Kim Zolciak & Kroy Biermann Sued Over $6K Holiday Decorations
Kim Zolciak Biermann and Kroy Biermann were hit with a lawsuit over their refusal to pay their holiday decorator, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal!
Seasonal Designs, LLC claimed that the Don’t Be Tardy stars owe $6,000 for “installing and maintaining interior and exterior decorations for their home,” according to Fulton County court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
The company claimed it sent an invoice to the couple on December 21, 2016, but they “have refused to pay.” A lawyer wrote a letter to the Biermanns explaining that action would be taken on Feb. 3, and a formal suit was filed on March 8.
The decorator’s lawyer detailed that the two parties “confirmed that the price for the project would be the same as the previous year and authorization was given for my client to perform the services requested.”
“All feedback from you was positive and the décor was featured on television shows and other media,” the lawyer noted.
“It appears that the current dispute only arose when the bill was presented by my client,” he continued, adding that the decorator already reduced their rate from $8,600 to $6,000 for them.

“The Biermanns have acted in bad faith, been stubbornly litigious and have caused the company unnecessary trouble and expense,” the resulting lawsuit stated.
Kim, 38, and Kroy, 31, were also sued for failing to pay their babysitter and housekeeper in the past.
The babysitter’s suit was dismissed in court after both parties failed to appear, and a judge ruled in favor of their housekeeper at the time.
