Kourtney Kardashian was blindsided when a shocking video surfaced showing her ex-boyfriend Younes Bendjima assaulting a man outside of an L.A. nightclub in March.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Bennett Sipes sustained serious injuries in the bloody attack, which was allegedly brought on by Benjima, 25, and Drake and O’Dell Beckham’s security. Now Sipes is preparing to file a major lawsuit in the case.

“Younes did not tell Kourtney the truth about the attack," said a source close to the Keeping up with the Kardashians star. "In fact, he completely lied to her and said that he didn’t hit anyone and that he never would.”

Despite his fibs, “Kourtney believed him," continued the source, "and she also believed that he wouldn’t cheat on her.”

However, the reality star's days of trusting the bad boy model are done.

Kardashian, 39, jetted off to Cabo San Lucas for some R&R on Aug. 24, not long after Sipes’ lawyer told RadarOnline.com his client is demanding a settlement from Bendjima and his accomplices.

After the proof came out that Younes lied to her, Kourtney is just glad that he is gone because she won’t have to pay this guy out of her pocket,' said the source.
