Kourtney Kardashian’s Ex Younes Threatened With Lawsuit After Nightclub Assault

Kourtney Kardashian’s ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima, just got served – with an ultimatum to either pay up or meet his alleged assault victim in court, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Bendjima, 25, reportedly beat up Bennet Sipes outside of a West Hollywood, California hotspot, Delilah, in March. Video footage surfaced this week showing Drake and O’Dell Beckham in the same group as Kardashian’s former fling as Bendjima repeatedly struck Sipes.

Sipes' attorney, Colin Jones, of Wilshire Law Firm, explained to RadarOnline.com that his client plans to sue if each of the three men don’t cough up cash to pay for his injuries.

“At the direction of Drake and O’Dell Beckham’s security, as well as Mr. Bendjima, my client was severely injured after being assaulted. My client’s injuries were serious and aside from the cuts and bruises, he is getting intense physical therapy and orthopedic therapy for his injuries,” Jones told RadarOnline.com.

Jones explained that the three were sent demands stating a lawsuit will be filed “if our demands are not met.”

“We want to give the three of them the opportunity to do the right thing and the video speaks for itself,” Sipes added.

Los Angeles County Sheriff Department deputy Armando Viera told RadarOnline.com confirmed to RadarOnline.com that in late March a male victim claimed to police that he had been assaulted in the 7900 block of Santa Monica Boulevard.

Following the initial reports, the detectives efforts to contact the victim were unsuccessful. Police stated the victim has not come forward since.

The case was officially closed on May 4, 2018, according to authorities.

“West Hollywood detectives can reopen the case if the victim contacts them and wishes to proceed with the investigation,” the authorities told RadarOnline.com in a statement.
