Kody Brown and his four wives are moving from Nevada to Arizona – and it looks like they hit the jackpot while in Sin City! The Sister Wives stars spent $820,000 on property for their new Arizona homes, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
The clerk of court for Coconino County in Arizona confirmed Kody, 49, purchased a plot of vacant land in Flagstaff, Arizona, which was split into four parcels, on June 1, 2018.
Kody and wife Janelle’s parcel of land cost $170,000 for 2.42 acres.
Kody and Robyn also put down $170,000 for 2.42 acres of land.
The third parcel, which Kody shares with Meri, set them back $180,000 for 4.48 acres. Janelle is also listed on the property.
Robyn and Kody are listed on another property, along with Christine, for 5.16 acres of land that set them back $300,000.
RadarOnline.com broke that Christine put her sprawling Las Vegas home on the market for $675,000 on July 11, 2018. She purchased the home on August 21, 2012 for $443,315. The other three Nevada homes remain off the market.
In July, Brown, 49, and his wives revealed they are relocating to Flagstaff, Arizona.
“As much as we’ve loved making our home and memories here in Las Vegas, we are excited to embark on a new adventure in Flagstaff, Arizona,” the Brown family said in a statement to People. “We are looking forward to cooler temperatures, the mountain air, scenic views and the slower lifestyle of Flagstaff.”
In a sneak peek, Christine said of their new home, “It’s green, there’s four seasons. It’s a little bit smaller, quite a bit smaller than Las Vegas.” Kody added, “There’s mountains, we’ll be living at 7,000 feet elevation. Small town, quiet, beautiful college.”
