Christine put the home on the market on July 11, 2018 for $675,000. She purchased the home on August 21, 2012 for $443,315.
The sprawling Sin City abode boasts five bedrooms and four bathrooms.
According to Trulia, the kitchen is described as “huge” with “granite counter tops and two dishwashers.”
The home, which is surrounded by mountains and is in a gated community, is also fully landscaped with grass, fruit trees, planting boxes, patio and a brick fire pitt.
In July, Brown, 49, and his wives revealed they are relocating to Flagstaff, Arizona. “As much as we’ve loved making our home and memories here in Las Vegas, we are excited to embark on a new adventure in Flagstaff, Arizona!” the Brown family said in a statement to People. “We are looking forwards to cooler temperatures, the mountain air, scenic views and the slower lifestyle of Flagstaff.”
In a sneak peek, Christine said of their new home, “It’s green, there’s four seasons. It’s a little bit smaller, quite a bit smaller than Las Vegas.” Kody added, “There’s mountains, we’ll be living at 7,000 feet elevation. Small town, quiet, beautiful college.”
The family, who has 18 children combined, want a “slower lifestyle. “More than anything, we’re getting the mountains,” Kody explained. The new season of Sister Wives premieres next year.
The family left Utah over fears of getting arrested for violating polygamy laws. The other three Nevada homes are not listed.
