Getting Desperate! Kody Brown’s Wife Christine Slashes Price Of Nevada Home Again

Kody Brown’s wife Christine is having so much trouble selling her Nevada home that the Sister Wives star has slashed the price yet again, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

On November 1, Christine cut the price by $10,000, as the home is now on the market for $639,000.

Back on September 12, 2018, Christine cut down the price by a whopping $26,000.

The home initially went on the market for $675,000 on July 11, 2018.

Fortunately for Christine, she is still expected to make a profit despite the cuts, as she purchased the home on August 21, 2012 for $443,315.

The house features five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The kitchen features “granite counter tops and two dishwashers.”

Wife Janelle is named as the real estate agent for the home.

Janelle’s home is also for sale for $649,000. She purchased the home in December 2012 for $443,700.

The other two Nevada homes remain off the market.

As RadarOnline.com broke, the clerk of court for Coconino County in Arizona confirmed Kody, 49, purchased a plot of vacant land in Flagstaff, Arizona, which was split into four parcels on June 1, 2018.

Kody and wife Janelle’s parcel of land cost $170,000 for 2.42 acres.

Kody and Robyn also put down $170,000 for 2.42 acres of land.

The third parcel, which Kody shares with Meri, set them back $180,000 for 4.48 acres. Janelle is also listed on the property.

Robyn and Kody are listed on another property, along with Christine, for 5.16 acres of land that cost $300,000.

In July, Kody and his wives revealed they are relocating to Flagstaff, Arizona.

“As much as we’ve loved making our home and memories here in Las Vegas, we are excited to embark on a new adventure in Flagstaff, Arizona,” the Brown family said in a statement to People. “We are looking forward to cooler temperatures, the mountain air, scenic views and the slower lifestyle of Flagstaff.”
