According to Trulia, Janelle’s home is on the market for $649,000. The reality star is hoping to make a profit, as she purchased the home in December 2012 for $443,700.
The house features six bedrooms and five bathrooms.
The home boasts a “spacious” living room, “huge” kitchen with granite countertops, two laundry rooms, pool, three-car garage, walk-in pantry and more.
“It’s been kind of fun personalizing it and making it mine,” Janelle said in a TLC video of her home. “I’ve been surprised how Western it turned out. It’s nice to have space that feels comfortable to me.”
As RadarOnline.com reported, Kody's other wife Christine put her house on the market in July 2018 for $675,000. Despite cutting the price by $26,000, the house remains for sale.
The family is relocating to Flagstaff, Arizona. “It’s green, there’s four seasons,” Christine said of their new home. “It’s a little bit smaller, quite a bit smaller than Las Vegas. There’s mountains, we’ll be living at 7,000 feet elevation.” The four wives, who have 18 children all together, left Utah over fears of getting arrested for violating polygamy laws.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Kody and his four wives spent $820,000 on property in Arizona to build their homes. The other two Nevada homes remain off the market.
Wife Meri posted a photo with Kody on “move-out day.” “Literally minutes before we pulled out, my friend grabbed her phone and said ‘you need a picture,” she said. “I'll have to find the one we have in about the same spot on move-in day almost 6 years ago and compare! I actually love this picture. Christmas card material?”
