'RHOBH' Bombshell! Kim Faces Jail Time In Drunken Arrest Saga

Kim Richards could be the latest incarcerated Housewife if she continues to neglect her community service requirement!

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's lawyer appeared in court on her behalf last week, and learned that she is facing jail time for not completing her 450 hours of community labor by the rapidly approaching deadline. She was originally sentenced to 30 days hard labor in relation to her 2015 arrest at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

Richards has until Sept. 7 to clock her hours at Midnight Mission — and reports claim that she can avoid a sentence if she has a majority of the requirement completed. Her fate will be determined when she is back in court on that date.

The former child star didn't seem to be bothered by the news, as she spent time with her grandson, Hucksley, following the judge's ruling.

RadarOnline.com previously reported that Richards, 52, was arrested after assaulting a police officer at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills, Calif. She later confessed to Andy Cohen that she "drank that night," ending her three-a-half-year sobriety. She was sentenced to three years probation, 52 AA classes and 30 days community labor at the time.

She went to rehab following the ordeal, but was arrested again for shoplifting in August 2015.

Although she didn't return to RHOBH, her sobriety has been a main storyline on the current season.
