SNEAK PEEK: Kim Kardashian Tells Kourt She's Pregnant In 'Kourtney & Kim Take Miami' Season Finale

There's high drama in the season finale of Kourtney & Kim Take Miami and RadarOnline.com has a sneak peek of the episode.
After having a terrible fight with Kourtney about her decision to hire a P.I. to determine if Scott Disick might be cheating on her sister, Kim Kardashian goes to spend the night with her friend Jonathan Cheban.
But when she suffers extreme stomach pains, it's Kourt she calls to take her to the hospital.
Grimacing with pain, Kim confides as to why the pain has her so upset. "I'm pregnant," she says.
Kim confesses she hasn't yet told anyone else but her baby daddy-to-be Kanye West, especially not her sister Khloé who is struggling with fertility issues.
