Khloe Kardashian has given birth to a baby girl! RadarOnline.com has learned exclusive details on the reality star welcoming her first child — a daughter — this Thursday morning, April 12, in a Cleveland hospital. Sister Kim Kardashian was in the delivery room at the time.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 33, had previously revealed the sex of her baby on the season 14 finale of Keeping Up With the Kardashians on Sunday, March 4.

On that episode, fans saw how during a trip to San Francisco with Kim and Kourtney KardashianKylie Jenner called Khloe to deliver the results from her big sister’s doctor.

"You’re having a girl!" revealed Kylie, 20, who gave birth to her own daughter, Stormi, by Travis Scott on Feb. 1.

"You’re lying!" Khloe immediately replied, visibly in disbelief. "I don’t feel like I’m having a girl. … I’m, like, in a state of shock."

Khloe was convinced "that I was having a boy, so to be having a girl, it’s just like, 'OK, that wasn’t what I thought was going on,' " she said on camera.

But Khloe soon got used to the girl idea and said she and Thompson, 27, would "be in love" with their baby. "She'll be so cute."

Of course, this all came before Tristan was caught locking lips with his alleged mistress! Now, the Kar-Jenner family is “livid” with the NBA star. A source even told RadarOnline.com that they were scared to death that her stress over the infidelity would cause troubles with her birth.

It seems, however, that everything is just fine. According to reports, the baby is gorgeous and healthy.
