Kevin Federline claims his children with millionaire Britney Spears live in near poverty with him in their tiny rental home — and is demanding the court order his ex-wife to reveal her true income in his quest for more child support, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the 40-year-old retired dancer claims his sons Sean Preston, 12, and Jayden James, 11, live with their father, his wife Victoria Prince, and four other siblings in a 2,000 square foot rental home in the low-end neighborhood of Tarzana.

“Sean and Jayden have to share a room at my house,” Federline complained in the documents. “There is no room for them to invite friends over or to have sleepovers.”

While Spears, 36, regularly takes her kids to 5-star resorts in Hawaii, the failed rapper said, “I have not been able to take the children on vacation in years.”

In a shocking contrast, the kids live like kings when they’re with their pop star mom, Federline claimed.

“Sean and Jayden enjoy a 13,000 square foot house…in a gated community and is on 21 acres of land,” he said. “It has a resort style pool with a separate pool house of over 1,200 square feet, a basketball court and tennis court. There is a library, a media room, a game room, private chefs, tutors, housekeepers, toys, ATV’s and all the latest gaming systems, entertainment systems and technological gadgets.”

In addition, they have 24/7 security that trails their every move, he said:

“I simply cannot even come close to providing parity for our children in my modest home.”

While he claimed he read Spears makes $34,000,000 a year, Federline admitted he brings in only $3,000 a month from his sparse DJ gigs.

“I am no longer able to perform as a dancer due to my age, and I have not been as successful in putting out new music as I was in 2008,” he confessed. “I am simply less of a ‘name’ and less in demand than I was in 2008, which has negatively affected my income.”

He claimed he has no savings or assets whatsoever, and his wife Prince does not bring in any income.

Federline receives $20,000 a month from Spears in child support for their two sons, but is seeking to earn triple that amount every month, his lawyer previously told Us Weekly.

He said he needs “experienced counsel and forensic accounting and other experts” to determine Spears’ income to determine the money available for their children’s “needs,” since she has refused to disclose the information.

The Blast was first to reveal the new filing.

As RadarOnline.com reported in March, Spears’ father and conservator Jamie refused to turn over tax documents because he was “extremely suspicious” of Federline’s motives.

A hearing will be held regarding to matter on August 1.
