Normally stars try to pretend everything is fine in their faltering relationships, but Kendra Wilkinson has taken to social media to insist she and her husband Hank Basketts marriage is on its last leg!

The Kendra on Top star’s odd admission stems from a recent magazine article that suggested Wilkinson was making up issues as a ploy to get WE tv to sign on for a seventh season.

"How do you fake marital problems?” Wilkinson, 32, asked in a seven-point rebuttal she posted Feb. 21 on Instagram. “Makes absolutely no sense."

"Yes we are having issues," she insisted of her relationship with 35-year-old former NFL player Baskett, who she’s been married to for almost nine years.

“My job has been reality TV for 13 years,” she continued, noting that her show “was a comedy and lighthearted til sad times happened, then we had to change my show from comedy to drama.”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the couple has suffered some major real-life drama, including when Baskett was caught cavorting with a transsexual model in 2014.

“Not what I wanted, but it was a part of my journey and story,” Wilkinson said in her Instagram rebuttal.

“These issues Hank and I are having in our home, which we are trying so hard to over come, everyone knows about, including producers and network, friends and family,” she continued.

“My job is reality TV and I love my job. Unfortunately these issues at home are affecting my decisions because the last thing I want to do is hurt Hank.”

If the pair can overcome their problems, real or imagined, Wilkinson wants the tone of her show to change.

“I hope to get back to the fun Kendra you all know,” she said. “That’s all I want and aim for. I hate drama! Thank you all for your support and understanding me at this time. I’ve been in a lot of therapy lately and hope all gets resolved…”
