As the reality TV star turned model's sisters focus on their growing families, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively Jenner, 22, is ditching modeling and plotting the next step of her career — becoming a Hollywood actress!
“This is something that Kendall has always been interested in, and now she’s convinced she can make it happen," a source revealed.
The starlet is said to be hoping her appearance in Ocean’s 8 would open a lot of doors for her, and the insider says she's even asked Cara Delevingne to introduce her to all the right people in the industry.
"This is the real reason Kendall decided to delete her app and slow down on the modeling front."
As fans know, Jenner ditched the digital platform that gave fans access into her life due to anxiety.
She said in a statement: “As I look ahead to the next year, my goals and priorities are changing.
“I’ve had an incredible 2+ years connecting with all of you, but I’ve made the difficult decision to no longer update my app in 2018.
“I hope you’ve enjoyed this journey as much as I have, and am looking forward to sharing the next chapter with you. Love, Kendall.”
It comes after Kendall opened up about suffering with anxiety in an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
Kendall told Harper’s Bazaar: “I wake up in the middle of the night freaking out.
“Full panic attacks. They wake me up from my sleep, and I need to stand up and I pace and I'm freaking out and crying.
“I don't feel normal and I like to feel as normal as I can.”
Jenner hopes with her next big career move she'll be able to soothe her anxiety. "She’s serious about this and determined to carve out a legitimate career as an actress," adds the source.
"Kendall’s personal life may not be in the best place right now, but work is her priority.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported exclusively, Jenner's love life was in a downward spiral after beau Blake Griffin brought baby mama drama into their relationship.
The NBA star's ex, Brynn Cameron, stated in court documents that the basketballer booted her and their two kids – Ford Wilson, 4, and Finley Elaine, 1 – from their $10 million L.A. mansion, forcing them to be homeless and “couch surf!”
“Kendall has been over this since all this drama went down and she does not want his baggage anymore,” the insider added.
