Horrific Tragedy: Kate Spade Commits Suicide By Hanging

Famed fashion designer Kate Spade has committed suicide, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
According to reports, the fashion icon took her own life by hanging herself with a red scarf tied to a doorknob inside her Manhattan Park Avenue bedroom. She was found by her housekeeper this morning. The star's husband was also at the scene.
Spade, 55, allegedly left a suicide note, which has yet to be released.
"On Tuesday, June 5, at approximately 10:20 hours, police officers responded to a 911 call of an unconscious person...in the 19th precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 55-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive," the New York Police Department told RadarOnline.com in a statement.
"EMS responded, pronounced the unconscious female deceased. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing."
Kate Spade is survived by entrepreneur husband Andy Spade, 55, and their daughter Frances Beatrix, 13.
