Gosselins At War: Kate Fights Custody Order, Files Appeal After Daughter Hannah Moves In With Jon

Kate and Jon Gosselin split nearly 10 years ago in one of reality TV’s nastiest divorce of all time, but the exes apparently hate each other now more than ever — and they’re still battling it out in court over custody of their kids, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained Pennsylvania court records detailing the former couple’s years-long secret fight that most recently took a turn for the worse around the time their daughter Hannah, 14, started living with her father, separated from her mother and seven siblings.
According to the private court papers, a judge filed a custody order on April 5, 2018 that apparently sent Kate, 43, into a fury — because she fought the ruling tooth and nail for months.
On May 4, she filed a motion for reconsideration, meaning she asked the judge to change his previous decision.
On May 8, she filed an appeal to the county’s superior court — but on June 14, the appeal was shut down.
Kate “did not present legal argument to justify this Court’s jurisdiction,” the judge ruled, adding that she filed the appeal more than 30 days after the court’s order.
“This Court has no jurisdiction to excuse the failure to file a timely notice of appeal.”
In the midst of the chaos, one of her attorneys quit on May 7.
In June, Kate filed an emergency petition for special relief, which fast-tracks an urgent case. This was also shut down by the court.
The case is ongoing.
The constant fighting appears to be related to Jon and Kate’s daughter Hannah’s move with Jon.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Jon started posting photos with Hannah alone in May, and thanked fans for their “love and support” during the “situation.”
Jon and Hannah even posted the first photo of her sextuplet sibling Collin in two years, when Kate admitted the troubled boy was living in a facility for his “special needs.”
The ex-couple is also fighting over money. RadarOnline.com exclusively reported that Kate filed a lawsuit against her former husband in March 2018, demanding he cough up $132,000. The case has since been sealed by the court.
