Kanye & Kim's Nightmare: The Shocking Secret Video That Could 'Destroy' Their Marriage

Kanye West's bitter lawsuit against his touring insurance company is nastier than anyone knows — because he's terrified secret footage of his extreme mental breakdown last year could be leaked, destroying his marriage in the process, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
More than 20 hours of video was filmed in the days before the troubled rapper's hospitalization last November, sources told RadarOnline.com.
"You can see the deterioration of his condition and his mental breakdown," an insider told In Touch of the tapes.
In the video, RadarOnline.com can confirm, West, 40, comments, "This is all about me getting off drugs, bad drugs," and mentions popping prescription painkillers.
The footage also contains "a multi-day meltdown that includes crying fits, violence, wild behavior and the effects of sleep deprivation," the insider told In Touch, adding that the release of such sensitive, personal material could "destroy" his three-year marriage to Kardashian, 36.
During negotiations in the months before the star filed his explosive $10 million lawsuit, West's team was desperate to keep the tape from leaking — so desperate, an employee flew to London with the footage for the insurance company to view.

"Kanye's team was so concerned about it leaking that they refused to let it out of their control," a source told In Touch, explaining that the footage became a major piece of evidence in the dispute.
"The company argued that Kanye's comments in the video…clearly triggered the prescription drug exclusion in the policy."
As RadarOnline.com reported last night in exclusive court documents, West slammed tour insurers with a $10 million lawsuit, claiming they refused to pay his claims emanating from his canceled Saint Pablo tour last year.

In the papers, West's attorneys admitted his behavior was "strained, confused and erratic" during a November 19 concert, leading to the cancellations.
In Touch reported last night that Kardashian testified under oath about her husband's struggles with mental illness in the secret battle with insurers, which RadarOnline.com can confirm did occur.
