Over the weekend, Kim Kardashian and the executive director of Kanye West's charity, Donda's House, Rhymefest, exchanged barbs on social media after he issued a public plea to Drake for help with the organization.
He tweeted: “Please help us rebuild Kanye’s mothers house for the youth of Chicago. I spoke to Kanye about it. His response was f**k the youth of Chicago.”
Mrs. Kardashian West responded on twitter, "“Yeezy’s @RHYMEFEST You’re over levergenging sic Kanye’s name & asked Kanye to donate money to u so stop w your fake community politics & lies. Truth is you haven’t been able to sustain the foundation.”
Rhymefest had reasons to be concerned about the non-profit organization according to tax records reviewed by RadarOnline.com.
Donda's House, was founded in 2013, to help the troubled youth of Chicago and give them music lessons.
Rhymefest issued a response to Kim Kardashian, stating, , "How can you criticize an organization that you've never physically been to OR that you've never even talked to the Executive Director or any of the team."
It appears that Kim Kardashian has had nothing to do with Donda's House because she isn't even listed as a board member.
The first year the charity was founded only brought in $9,149, and at the end of the year, only had $40 in assets. Rhymefest wasn't paid for being the executive director for the first two years, but was given a salary of $68,400, in 2015, the most recent year that tax records that are publicly available.
In 2014 and 2015, the organization only brought in $ $45,736 and $206,023 in contributions. At the end of the tax year in 2015, Donda's House had only $20,903 in assets.
