Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin won't be heading to court to battle over custody of their son! Marroquin exclusively told RadarOnline.com how the exes have already come up with a custody agreement for Lincoln.
"Me and Kail agreed to 50/50 with Lincoln," Marroquin, 23, told Radar of their 2-year-old son. "So every other week I get him.
"Marroquin returned home from a 7-month Air Force deployment in the beginning of August.
Although his stepson Isaac is Lowry's son from a previous relationship with Jo Rivera, he still plans to be in his life.
"Seeing the boys was great," he said of returning home. "They are the reason why I do what I do so I've been spending any free time with them."
While Marroquin is happy to be home, he explained how moving out of the house he shared with Lowry has been "stressful."
"From the move and adjusting back to the real world, I'm tired," he said.
After months of divorce rumors, Lowry confirmed their split at the end of May.
