K-Pop Singer Seo Minwoo Found Dead At 33
K-Pop singer Seo Minwoo was found dead in his Gangnam, Seoul home this past Sunday, March 25, RadarOnline.com has learned. The 33-year-old reportedly suffered cardiac arrest, though the cause behind the health crisis is still unknown.
Minwoo was a beloved member of boyband 100% and was previously a small-screen actor in Korea.
"His family, the 100% members, and the TOP Media artists and staff members are all grief-stricken and in mourning from the unexpected, sad news," TOP Media wrote on their website following the performer's passing.
Minwoo's funeral "will be held quietly according to the will of the family", the statement read.
Following his death, the singer's former bandmate, Changbum, paid him tribute on social media — as did various devoted fans who described the young star as a wonderful talent and life mentor.
"I hope you are comfortable in the sky. I want you to be a bright star and shine on this world," wrote Changbum on Instagram.
