JWoww Admits She Suffered Heartbreaking Miscarriage Before Filming ‘Jersey Shore’

Jenni “JWoww” Farley opened up about a heartbreaking loss on this Thursday’s episode of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation.

In the show, the 32-year-old reality told castmate Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino that she suffered a tragic miscarriage in 2011, just before filming in Italy!

"I was a mess in Italy," JWoww told her pal, before recounting the devastating experience. "Right before Italy, like three or four weeks before Italy, my grandmother passed. And me and Roger Mathews actually lost a baby, like, I ended up pregnant. Not a lot of people know."

“And they put me on medication because of it, I couldn’t handle life,” she added, explaining that she was taking “downers,” like Xanax, that made her “so groggy."

“Then I started taking uppers with it, segue right into Italy,” JWoww admitted. "I was a f**king mess.”

As RadarOnline.com readers know, JWoww married Roger Mathew in October of 2015. They now share daughter Meilani Alexandra and son Greysor Valor.

"He's my best friend," she previously told ET about her husband. "He's the only person in this world that puts me in my place, so I actually respect him even more for that, and I love him for that because he can call me out on my B.S."

As fans know, JWoww is now happy with her career and wonderful family — though that didn’t stop her from going wild with her “roomies” for their show reboot in Miami!
