Julie Chen already announced Tuesday she won't be coming back to the CBS chat show The Talk – and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively she's not done saying her goodbyes to TV.
Multiple sources tell Radar this season of Big Brother will also be her last despite reports claiming she is expected to return next season.
"Her contract expires in two weeks and will not renew," said a source. "There is no offer and she didn't request a meeting to have one — she's done when it ends in a couple weeks."
The source insisted Chen's exit is unrelated to her husband Les Moonves' departure as the network CEO following multiple sexual harassment allegations.
"Her Big Brother exit will be sad," added another source. "She's expected to announce her departure after the finale."
When she signed off as Julie Chen Moonves on the September 13 episode, everyone associated with the show took that as her two weeks notice.
"They were stunned," the insider said. "She's never done that before."
The 20th season of the hit CBS show ends Sept. 24.
As Radar first reported, Chen, 48, was planning to walk away from her daytime gig.
In an emotional farewell on The Talk earlier this week, Chen addressed her co-hosts and viewers while fighting back tears: "I have been at The Talk since the day it began. Right now, I need to spend more time at home with my husband and young son. So I have decided to leave The Talk."
"I want to thank everyone at the show for the wonderful years together. I will always, always cherish the memories we shared," she continued.
"Most important, I want thank you, the viewers, for allowing me into your home every day," she said. "It was a privilege that I will forever be grateful for. To everyone behind the scenes I send you my love. I will miss you all very, very much."
"You ladies got this, and I cannot be more proud to call you my friends," she concluded.
Her multiple exits as a CBS host come just days after her husband resigned from his post as head of CBS.
And Chen, who's been married to Moonves for 14 years, will always stand by him, a source told Radar last week.
"She believes it's all part of his past and there's nothing recent," the source explained of the shocking claims against him.
