Lisa Marie Presley's Mental & Physical Health Documents Sealed In Nasty Divorce
A Los Angeles judge has ruled that documents related to Lisa Marie Presley's mental and physical health will be under seal -- as Elvis’ daughter continues her nasty divorce case with ex Michael Lockwood, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Presley, 50, filed for divorce from Lockwood, 57, in June 2016 after 10 years of marriage and the two have been battling in court ever since.
In the latest ruling, an order filed on Sept.7, 2018, Judge Joseph Lipner wrote that “all records, documents and pleadings related to all child custody issues and orders including, without limitation, records relating to the mental and physical health of either party or the parties to the extent such records are introduced in connection with a child custody RFO, and their minor children, shall be filed under seal, subject to any request to unseal, properly filed before this Court.”

A hearing concerning this order has been set for Oct. 10, 2018, according to the affidavit.
Last month, Presley won a court battle after another judge ruled the post-nuptial agreement signed by Presley and Lockwood is valid.
Under that 2017 agreement, both parties agreed not to receive spousal support or property from each other in the event they would divorce.
Lockwood said he intends to fight that ruling on the post-nuptial agreement and take the case to an appellate court.
He is the father of Presley's twin 9-year old daughters, Harper and Finley.
