Lisa Marie Presley & Bitter Ex Forced To Meet Face-To-Face For Divorce Resolution Conference

After a judge ruled that Lisa Marie Presley's post-nup is valid — and therefore the star will not have to pay her estranged husband Michael Lockwood a dime in spousal support — the couple has been ordered to undergo a case resolution conference, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court documents obtained by Radar, both Presley, 50, and Lockwood, 57, will have to meet with a judge or commissioner so they can inform the court of their timetable for resolving their complicated, tumultuous case.

But first, before the official conference, the bitter exes must meet up informally with their attorneys to discuss possible ways to come to an agreement.

"In this 'meet and confer' meeting, the parties must talk about what each side is asking for in the case, each party's position on each issue and a reasonable suggested way to solve each issue," the court documents state.

The parents of 9-year-old twins Harper and Finley have hardly agreed on anything since their 2016 split. Most recently, they battled over their post-nup agreement, with Lockwood claiming it was invalid and complaining he got "nothing" in the contract.

Presley said he willingly signed the agreement, and he must abide by the terms. A judge ultimately agreed with her, and now Presley will not have to pay her ex any support.

The former couple will return to court for their next hearing on September 25.
